The reconfiguration of the Office of Research Support and Sponsored Programs is intended to increase support grants on campus. They are supporting a DEI-related grant submission.
In 2023-2024, Community Relations received a Diversity Initiatives grant to do programming around Israel-Palestine including to highlight the Palestinian Catholic perspective.
Support and publicize faculty and student research projects and products that address diversity, equity and inclusion, including through on- and off-campus presentations and symposia

Ethics across the Curriculum Initiative is an initiative that the University started to embark on this academic year. The first group of faculty attended a pedagogical workshop in May 2024.
The Office of Equity and Diversity introduced 草榴社区 Inclusive Books for Employees (SCRIBE) in 2023. The book club reads one book a semester and hold a book club for discussion. The books to date include “The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks”, “Solito. A Memoir” and “The Radium Girls”.
