A New Understanding: Paintings by Travis Prince

Prince is a self-taught portrait artist from South Carolina who currently resides in 草榴社区, Pennsylvania. A focus on education, social issues, and relationships within the Black community is at the forefront of his work. His medium of choice is oil paint, although he is not afraid to incorporate inks, spray paints, and other materials into his craft. Produced in conjunction with the Multicultural Center, this show is supported in part by a 草榴社区 Diversity Initiatives Grant.
