Volunteers will participate in the school's Saturday program.
We will work with students on a project, assist with homework
and play games.


 

Talbot House

Volunteers will be doing some gardening (including planting flowers) and washing the Talbot House Vans.

Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina

Volunteers will be sorting and bagging produce, building CSFP boxes for senior citizens, sort and inspecting food drive donations, bagging cereal, rice or pasta into family size bags, other activities as needed.

Volunteers must be 12 or older. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Volunteers will be packing boxes of food for one of the food bank's many programs.

Volunteers must be 14 or older. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

St. Joseph's Center Baby and Food Pantry

9:00 a.m. - noon
Volunteers will be doing a clean-up outside of the building. In case of inclement weather, indoor projects will be done. Lunch will be served.

Chacko's Bowling Center
125 North Wilkes-Barre Blvd
Wilkes Barre, PA
10-11:30 a.m.
Come out and cheer on Special Olympics Bowlers at Chacko's with the Order of Alhambra, a Catholic organization that assists those with intellectual disabilities.

Arlington Food Assistance Center
1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Arlington, Virginia
Volunteers will bag produce, sort non-perishable, donated food,
bag and seal dry goods.
