KOZAR, MSGR. ELIAS, Class of 1946, Rhinebrook, New York, on June 11. Monsignor Kozar will lay in state at St. Mary's Orthodox Church on Thursday, June 15, 2017 from 2:00PM to 9:00PM. A Funeral Liturgy will take place on Friday, June 16, 2017 at 11:00AM. Internment Mt. Hope Cemetery, Hastings-on-Hudson, New York.
