MELLOW, THOMAS A., PH.D., Class of 1967, Forest City, on March 4. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. in St. Joseph's Church, Forest City. Interment in St. Agnes Cemetery.

Viewing will be Tuesday from 4 to 7 p.m. in the Joseph W. Scotchlas Funeral Home Inc., 621 Main St., Simpson.
