Bible Study

We read Gospel and then the Gospel reads us!

This weekly gathering of students is an opportunity to reflect on and discuss how the upcoming Gospel reading for Mass on Sunday speaks to us in our everyday lives.  Participants learn how to approach Scripture with both head and heart and are challenged to “get out of the way” and let God’s Word speak to them.

Bible Study will begin February 21, 2024 at 8:00 PM. It will be held in the Campus Ministry Conference Room located in The DeNaples Center, Room 200. Any questions, please contact Patty Pivirotto via email or at 570-941-5458.

Candlelight Meditation

Find peace in the middle of a hectic week.

Unwind while listening to a reflective meditation followed by snacks and fellowship! Usually held in Sacred Heart Chapel.

This is a student run group that gathers and enjoys Faith, Friendship, Song and Relaxation. Meetings are held on Thursday evening at 9 PM in the Montrone Multipurpose Room. Please contact Cara Galli or Jenna Kotlar for any questions or to be added to the email list. All are welcome!

Leave A Mark

Leave a Mark Mass

Bishop Joseph C. Bambera will celebrate 5pm Mass at the Cathedral of St. Peter in 草榴社区 to kick off National Vocation Awareness Week for young adults! In addition to Mass, you’re welcome to continue the celebration afterward across the street at the Diocesan Pastoral Center, complete with D’s on Wheels and Papi’s Kitchen food trucks, Brace’s Orchard apple cider and apple cider donuts, live music, games, a photo booth, party favors, and plenty of priests, sisters, and fellow young adults to celebrate with!

鈥淒ear young people, we didn鈥檛 come into this world to 鈥榲egetate,鈥 to take it easy, to make our lives a comfortable sofa to fall asleep on. No, we came for another reason: to leave a mark.鈥
