Junior/Senior Housing
The 草榴社区 has designated housing for juniors and seniors, and can select apartments that range in sizes from 3 to 6 person spaces. Most rooms in apartments are singles, but there are some doubles available (at a reduced cost). All apartments are single sex, however the buildings are co-ed. All apartments have full kitchens. Students living in apartments are not required to have a meal plan if they prefer to cook their meals. Most students choose a smaller meal plan.
Madison Square Apartments
Madison Square has 3 apartment buildings. All apartments offer a semi-private building entrance and a private apartment entrance. Madison Square rooms are mostly single occupancy, with limited double occupancy rooms. All of the apartments have full kitchens and living rooms.
Montrone & Pilarz Halls
These buildings offer a state of the art fitness center as well as an a la carte food court. All of the apartments in Montrone and Pilarz are 4 person occupancy with single bedrooms. These buildings are air-conditioned and have laundry rooms on each floor.
Romero Plaza Apartments
Romero Plaza has 4 apartment buildings. All apartments offer a semi-private building entrance and a private apartment entrance. Romero rooms are mostly single occupancy, with limited double occupancy rooms. All of the apartments have full kitchens and living rooms.
